Refund policy

Oh no!  We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your purchase!  If you do wish to return an item, please email us at help.awesomepops@gmail.com

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help.awesomepops@gmail.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please be reassured that we check for any damages before we package your order. If there are any damages to the to item, more detailed pictures of the damage are provided in the listing.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and if for any reason the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us at help.awesomepops@gmail.com within 7 days upon delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  In the email, please provide multiple pictures of the item that is damaged along with pictures of the unopened box damage to be eligible for a return.  We take pride in offering excellent customer service, and appreciate the opportunity to turn your negative experience into a positive one!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
